How it works
Below you can see our process on how to get started, and how you can secure this property.


Sign our Purchase agreement

Once we receive it, We will forward it to our fastest Escrow Company to process the title work, and pull all the proper documents.


They will send us our closing documents.

Once they have all the details they need, the title company can either email or mail you the Escrow documents. Sometimes they can even send it through DocuSign.


You send the Funds

Once all parties bring back the closing documents, they will request funds from you, once they receive it, they will record the deed in your name.


You will own the Property

Once the Deed is recorded in your name the title company will release your funds to us, finalizing the transaction.
